Groupon did not accepted $6million bid from Google and now Google is planning to start it's own Group Buying system will be called Google Offers.
Google Offers will be a new Google product to help potential customers / buyers to find great deals in your area.
Google Offers will work just like Groupon or LivingSocial. Users will receive emails of deals in their local areas for the specific day. Buyers will be able to buy that deal in limited time lets say 24 hours or 48 hours.
